Electric Car MOT in Stratford Upon Avon

Every vehicle on the road has to pass a MOT test every three years, including electric vehicles (EVs). However, unlike diesel and petrol cars, EVs do not have to pass an emissions test.

We at Carwise Services are able to MOT your car at our garage.

Your last MOT certificate will tell you when your next MOT is due. If you can't find your certificate, you can check it online at GOV.UK. This is also where you can find your car's past MOT records.

About An Electric Car MOT

When an electric car goes through its MOT test, the only thing that is different is that the pollution test is not done.

A Class 4 MOT covers all passenger cars with up to 12 seats, paramedics, taxis, campers, goods vehicles (weighing up to 3000 kg), vehicles that can be used for more than one thing, and so on.

Before giving your car its MOT, our  tester will look up its MOT records online to make sure there aren't any problems that were found on the last MOT.
